Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Partner We ship all orders through Shiprocket, which connects us with trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and others, ensuring reliable delivery across India.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order directly through the courier partner's website or via Shiprocket's tracking portal.
Serviceable Pin Codes We currently ship across India to all Shiprocket-serviceable pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at business@manraya.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.
