Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Manraya Enterprises, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at business@manraya.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner Shiprocket will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep at no additional cost to you (applicable for serviceable pin codes). In cases where reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the item to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us at business@manraya.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging
